what is guru-nyc.com’s return policy?

guru-nyc.com will accept returns for a full refund of merchandise within 30 days from the date of the invoice. No shipping costs however will be refunded, unless it’s an error on our part. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or dry cleaned. All tags must be attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, guru-nyc.com reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Guru is currently offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders equal to $100 or more.
When using the online store, the "Free Shipping" option will be displayed on checkout when your total purchase is equal to $100 or more. For orders less than $100, upon checkout you will be asked to select your prefered shipping method. Guru ships using United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Delivery. For expedited delivery, additional charges apply.

refunds

guru-nyc.com will refund the original form of payment, we will not refund shipping and handling charges unless we have made a shipping error. We will process your refund approximately 14 days after receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from guru-nyc.com. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

how do i cancel my order?

In order to provide you the best service, we at guru-nyc.com try to ship and process orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case you want your order cancelled when the shipment is already sent out, we can accept the return and credit your account back, but the shipping and handling charges incurred would not be refunded.
